Frode Halvorsen is a skilled professional with a background in natural science education and a master's degree in business development and strategy. Since 2020, he has served as Cluster Manager for the Ocean Autonomy Cluster, where he has led the management of innovative projects and initiatives, including the Ocean Space Incubator, Testination, and XLRTR programs. Prior to his current role, Frode contributed to entrepreneurial education at NTNU, Norway's premier technical university. His expertise lies in fostering innovation, project management, and strategic development within the maritime and ocean technology sectors.
